1. What should I do if the fingerprint cannot be recognized?
Usually, fingerprint recognition fails, usually because the fingerprint is worn, peeled, scratched, dirty, the finger is too wet, or there is dirt and water droplets on the fingerprint collection port. The finger and fingerprint window must be clean and dry for successful recognition. In order to prevent finger scratches, it is recommended to register at least 3 fingerprints after purchase.
2. How many fingerprints can be registered?
Two fingerprints must be registered continuously for the first time, and 8 fingerprints can be added later.
3. What should I do if the battery is out of power?
Connect the USB to the charging port, the red light is on, indicating that it is charging, and the lock can be opened normally during charging. The light is off, indicating that it is fully charged.
4. How long can a full charge last?
A full charge can last for 12 months. When the battery is low, the red light will flash when unlocking.
